《中式英语之鉴》读后感

This book introduces some common English grammar problems and gives corresponding solutions. The book is mainly aimed at Chinese translators and senior English students doing translation exercises. There is no doubt that, apart from the highly accomplished, others will inevitably translate with varying degrees of Chinglish. And we often can't realize mistakes in our English translating. This book points out some common mistakes that we would make and introuces resolutions. It also take some examples and exercises which can strength our ability. Those Chinglish sentences seem to be normal things around us. They always appear in our translations, and we are never surprised. We should seriously treat these mistakes and make an effort to avoid them in translation. After reding the book, I have a deeper understanding of grammatical problems in our translation. And I can improve my English to make my English idiomatic. The book is really useful to us English majors. We should keep it during English learning in our daily lives. Certainly, it is worth reading for all kinds of stages. Therefore, take this book and read it well.
