Book Review
It is a story book, bizarre and ridiculous; it is but a hundred pages showing just the impossible animals and people that a little girl meets on a long afternoon; it is a book extremely common even in a fairy tale where all characters speak and have their own ideas —— is hardly different from any fairy tale.
However, it is such a book that has become a globally popular children's book. One writer said that "Alice in Wonderland" "laughed so hard that my mother had to come out and see who was telling me a joke".Why does an ordinary fairy tale book be so attractive? With questions, I gently opened the title page of the book, and came to the world belonging to Alice: the fairyland in the dream.
The whole story is so strange from beginning to end.Alice had been so confused that she was almost drowned by her tears; she met many animals and people and tried to talk to them, but they were completely abnormal and unfriendly; she kept asking it, but —— would not give her a logical answer, but Alice would believe it!All this made me so much laugh and cry. When Alice sleepwalks, I seem to be sleepwalking, too.Looking at a pile of mistakes in front of me, and I, but helpless: this the so-called "fairyland"?
But when the whole book was read, I had a completely different feeling.Until out of the "fairyland" moment, I suddenly realized that there, is really a fairyland ah.
First, there was a cute little girl out there. While he sometimes hesitated about issues such as whether cats eat bats, it doesn't stop her cute.Alice was brave, and was not afraid of any strangeness and any prestige enough to bow others down. She dared to say to the queen who always cut someone else's head, " Who cares about you! You're just a pair of playing cards! You are nothing else!"She dared to greet any stranger, to argue with anyone, and to ask any questions.Of course, when she did all this, she had the basic politeness, no matter how rude others are.As a little girl, Alice has everything that a child should have, and nothing that a child shouldn't have. From her, I finally know what a normal child should be; from her words and deeds, I seem to find my early lost childhood, and a child deserved the innocence.
Secondly, it is a pure world. There was no scheming or contest, and Alice's little trick was perfectly obvious.Pure and absurd, the two seemingly far-apart words are united here.Perhaps it's because the absurdity makes it pure?Or does it not seem like a "routine" because it is pure?Or is nothing already normal; just I think too much?Think too deep?
Yes, I was afraid I was thinking deep or more when I read this book.Because the book was created to satisfy the "pleasure of reading," that's all.So that's the third reason I like it: how simple it is, writing without any "deep meaning".Think about us now, sometimes reading a sentence needs to chew repeatedly, need to taste... of course we have to take the exam, the article we read is not this kind of "pediatrics" for children, but the teachers carefully choose the classic, taste is naturally due.But I am really afraid that one day I will go to see every humble scene in A Dream of Red Mansions like Mr.Liu Xinwu, "to see the words in the words."Of course, people are exploring the lost, is doing research, and I just like the plot of A Dream of Red Mansions naturally; and they also feel some fun in it.But I think it seems at the expense of another fun: that is the fun of reading.
