Chinese food culture has a long history. The vastness of the territory
has created the differences of food in different places. But even if the
difference is big, there is a similar taste in the diet, and that is the
taste of home. China on the tip of the tongue is not only because the
saliva it stirs excites us, but also because we can "see" the
taste of home from the food around the world.
