Persistent Love
What degree can a woman love a man and do for him, even he never know who she is?Well, after readind the novel Letter from an Unknown Woman, which is writting by Zweig,I am touching deeply that I cnn't help crying by the women's persistent and selfless love. From the words written by Zweig,I see a most pure heart.
Someone says that love is great in the world, though it often comes along with sadness, there is more happiness than sadness on the whole. So for the woman,in my opinion, her unrequited love to the man is crushed. On the one hand, just when she was 13 years old,she fell in love with the man last for her lifelong. She was satisfied because in that sad peoried when her farther had dead and her mother was ill,she regarded the man as the light that can save her in the darkness. Also,he is her belief, the only belief that supports her to live continuely. But on the other hand, she was a little painful.Though just living in the next door, the man never knew her, what she can do is sometimes to see him secretly from the spy-hole in her house door. For her,the man is her unending dream,so near,so distant. And when she saw him bringing back a lady, she was sad though she knew she had never an odds to hold the light forever. Here,I see a gilr's pure and persistent love for a man,no matter what a person he is,she just uses her life to love.
Not every love has a happy ending, just like the girl,at length she has a night with the man, great, maybe just for her,but her heart is painful because her belove didn't recognize her at all.In his eyes, she has no special. Last and last, she bore a boy, their boy,but unfortunately he died. The only comfort for her was unexisted. What I appreciate with the girl is that she is so pure, even that she has come across many bad things. The faith has made her bear too heavy burden. But from the letter she wrote to the man,she appreciated, but never complained.Though I think that the man should be to blame, but during that unfair society,it seems that it is usual in stead.Oh,the poor woman.
Of course, love is happy at most time.In this book,Zweig shaped the figures like this,I think he just want to resist the unfair society at that time.from the words he written to decride the woman's inner world,it reflects some facts about then society more or less.He had decrided two worlds.
