It not only traces the historical origins and ideological evolution of these key words but also reveals their unique philosophical implications and practical value through comparisons between Chinese and Western cultures. For instance, "Dao", the core of Taoist thought, emphasizes natural non-action; while "Ren" in Confucianism builds the ethical bond between people. The book has a clear structure and presents its arguments in a simple and understandable way. It is both an academic work and a popular reading material. Through reading, I deeply realized that the key words of traditional culture are not only the key to understanding Chinese civilization but also an important source of contemporary cultural confidence.
