In my view, the Chinese philosophical concept of tiānrén-héyī (Heaven and Man Are United as One) holds that heaven, earth, and humanity form an interconnected whole. This worldview finds practical expression in the principle of tiānshí dìlì rénhé (timing, geography, and human harmony). Tiānshí calls for aligning with natural and historical trends, dìlì for leveraging environmental advantages, and rénhé for uniting people. Together, they create a closed loop of thought and action, guiding us to pursue harmony with nature while mobilizing collective effort—wisdom that remains vital for ecological sustainability and social progress today.

The Chinese concept of "géming" once meant "changing the mandate of heaven"—a legitimate shift of power when rulers lost touch with their people. Today, this timeless spirit finds its modern voice in China’s reform and opening up: a peaceful yet radical revolution that shattered old ideological and economic barriers, unlocked the nation’s potential. Just as ancient "géming" answered the call of heaven and the people, today’s reform aligns with progress and public will, transforming China into a global force for growth and shared prosperity.

The Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival for the Chinese nation and overseas Chinese, serving as a powerful cultural bond that unites global Chinese communities. Narrowly, it falls on the first day of the Lunar New Year; broadly, it spans from the Kitchen God Festival on the 23rd of the 12th lunar month to the Lantern Festival on the 15th of the first lunar month, blending ancient New Year traditions with the Start of Spring. Centered on "reunion", it expresses our longing for family and hope for a new year through rituals like ancestor worship and New Year visits. Today, it remains a living tradition, even embracing modern practices like online greetings, and acts as a key window for sharing Chinese culture with the world.

The democracy practiced in China is people's democracy, with the essence and core being that the people are the masters of their country.

In my opinion, freedom lies in spiritual independence and self-sufficiency: it does not depend on others’ judgments or external conditions, but stems from a spiritual resonance with heaven, earth, and nature. Solitude is not loneliness; it is the liberation of the mind—by feeling the rhythm of nature and nurturing our inner selves, we attain a state of carefree transcendence unshackled by external distractions.
