Reflection

After reading Chinese Cultural and Philosophical Terms (Volume 1), I have gained a clearer understanding of traditional Chinese thoughts. The book explains classic concepts such as benevolence, righteousness and harmony. These simple but powerful terms show the great wisdom of ancient Chinese people. They teach us to be kind, modest and responsible. I am most impressed by the idea of harmony. It encourages people to get along well with others and respect nature, which is still meaningful today. This book improves my cultural confidence. I will keep learning traditional culture and inherit these precious spiritual values.
