The Warm Truth in it

This world-famous fairy tale is written by Antoine de
Saint-Exupéry, a pilot and writer from France. When a pilot gets lost in
the Sahara Desert, he meets the little prince, who travels across
planets and shares his special stories. The book looks like a
simple story for kids, yet it carries deep thoughts for adults. It
criticizes those busy, empty grown-ups who only care about money and
status. The little prince keeps his pure heart, cherishing his rose and
learning that "what is essential is invisible to the eye".
The bond between the prince and his rose teaches me the meaning of
responsibility and love. Every trivial effort we put into someone makes
them unique to us. It reminds me not to lose my inner innocence while
growing up. Short but profound, this book deserves repeated
reading at every age.
