Though I don't have much knowledge about literature,but I noticed an amazing kind of writing style that using only one scene,on place to develop the whole story.Like His Last Bow,all the things happened in a car and a house.Many years' experiences of Watson and Sherlock were tell by themselves' words but not the author.I don't kown what this style called,but it really reflects the writer's high level.
And the two old friend met again when they're old,it's reluctantly a happy ending.After all they can't be together for ever.
