As we can see, Gatsby loves Daisy deeply. When he is going to see Daisy, he acts like a child. In my opinion, it's not the pure love. It's because that he couldn't have Daisy in the past, he try to find his love feeling, his youth back. I think Gatsby performed very well, he used his money, his house, his relationship to get Daisy back. Anyway, I don't think this is conscientious.
