a dream of the old days

 Just as the Chinese old saying goes， people take food as their first need. As for food culture, it also plays an important role in our daily life. In fact, as far as I am concerned, the food is the foundamental part of the whole society, while the food culture is one of the most foundamental part of the culture of a country.

 Nowadys, on the contrary, more and more people, especially the youngs， tend to slight over their lunch， maybe just go to the restaurant or eat a bowl of instant noodles. The smiles of the nostalgia、kinship、tradition can only be found in the  “a bite of China”， or in our dreams， which probably the main reason of  this program’s prevalence.
