Book Review
This novel contains many excerpts from fine novels, all of which are wonderful parts. And what impressed me most is Gone with the Wind. I have seen the film version of this book several times and I like it very much. But it is a pity that I haven't been really read the original work.
Gone with the Wind is a romantic novel that reflects the themes of the American Civil War. Some of the contents and experiences contained the experiences of the author when she was young. Gone with the Wind is absolutely a good book worthy of tasting again and again. Its words are beautiful, and the description of the appearance and psychology of characters are quite good, and the plot is very undulating and interesting. Although the subjective factors of the author are not objective and comprehensive for the evaluation of the American Civil War, it is absolutely a wonderful work in literature. It is worth watching.
My favorite character in this novel is, of course, the heroine Scarlett. Scarlett is a person of multi-characters. She is selfish, vain and greedy, but steadfast, wise and dynamic. Anyhow, she is a woman I paid high reputation to. Her life was filled with choices and challenges and apparently she was so talented enough to make wise choice all the time. Standing at the turning point, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to her, it is she who taught me to make right choice.
