What struck me most about The Secret Garden book is the effect of family circumstances on a child. It is strange for a child not to receive the attention and care of his parents when he is young. He will be self-centered and inconsiderate of others' feelings. So I think parents should be responsible for their children's growing environment. However, I am glad that Mary encouraged Colin.
Everyone has his own secret garden. As long as we open our hearts,there is no secret and we can receive happiness.
