What is your perspectives about the following?

Too many times I was asked what would I do if I meet with the difference between pop culture and traditional culture. That is a really common but thoughtful question, right?

In my opinion, first of all, we should treat the two kinds of cultures with respect. There are no right and wrong. We can not judge which one is better or which one is more  valuable. We should be a outside not a critic if one of them were disliked by us. The second one is what we should do is that, personally, do not forget our precious centuried national culture and do not follow the fashionable culture blindly. To the former, the existence of everything has a reason. It must have something worthy to imitate even it has goes a long way. And to the later, as for a individual, we should have our own thoughts, own perspectives and own judgement standard.
