  To begin with, I would leave the person and the place as early as possible. It's immoral to intervene in other's feelings. What's more, I would control my own feelings and keep myself so busy that I wouldn't think about that person I can't love. We are bound to meet the one belonging to us. I wouldn't waste time getting involved in such things.

  From my perspective,if the one I fall in love with has belonged to others,I will stop my pursuit and having any other thinkings about the person.On one hand, it is an unethical case for me to give my heart to someone not single.Most likely I will avoid such situations happening.On the other hand,most of time,this condition won't come to a good end such as Werther's love.

  I would stop persuing that person. From my perspective, keeping persuing will cause much trouble to the one you love. It's very irrational and will ruin at least 2 people's peaceful life. But we can keep the memory of love, and learn from the bittersweet experience, then we will have more love for a better person who is the one and only love of our life.
