  Jane Eyre's view on marriage and love is an example for women in the new era. She insisted on  the love of spiritual equality. When she discoverd Mr.Rochester had a wife, she was determined to leave and maintain her dignity. At the end, when Mr.Rochester was bankrupt and ill, Jane went back to him and married him because Jane had become an mentally and economically independent woman.
