  I love the story: Jane Eyre returns to Thornfield Manor, where the house is in ruins. The mad woman sets fire to the building and falls to her death. Rochester is crippled. Jane finds him and Jane goes to the farm, confesses her love to him, and they get married. Two years later, rochester was cured of one eye, and he saw the first child Jane bore him.
