  Sun Tzu's art of war reveals several important concepts, such as knowledge, priority, integrity and change. We should "know the enemy, know our friends, know the heaven and know the earth", "first act as invincible, and then wait for the enemy to win", "subdue the enemy's troops without fighting", "make profits without stopping the troops", "employ troops by deception", "rule power for profit", and "rule victory for the enemy". In fact, these concepts can also serve as important guidelines for personal career.
