Jane Eyre is a novel written by Charlotte Bronte, an English female writer. It is a work with autobiographical color.

The novel tells the story of Jane Eyre, an orphan girl, who was sent to Lowood School (Lowood School) by her aunt after her parents died and she was placed in foster care with her aunt. Lowood Old School was a terrible place but she survived. Two years after graduation, Jane applied to earn a living as a governess. Master Rochester is moody and temperamental, but after a long time of contact, Jane finds Rochester is kind, upright and resolute, and gradually develops feelings for him. When they are married in church, Jane finds out, painfully, that Rochester has a mad wife, Bertha Antoinette Mason. Jane left sadly. Later, her estranged uncle John Eyre died of illness and bequeathed her a large fortune. Unable to forget her love for Rochester, she returned to the old place, only to learn that a few months ago, the mad woman set fire to death, Rochester to save her one eye was smashed out, the other eye inflammation is also blind. Jane immediately poured out her heart to him, and the two of them finally married. Later, Rochester had an eye repaired in London and had a boy with Jane Eyre.
