周栩如In the book "The Time Machine", there are two different groups of people that were encountered when the main character, the time traveler traveled into the future. Therefore, while the Eloi led an idyllic and seemingly peaceful life, it was also devoid of the basic mental capacity necessary to perpetuate society, while the Morlocks struggled in hard work and hid themselves away in darkness. Thus, it can be said that people in the future spent their days with different lifestyles and challenges than what we have today, presenting elements of both novelty and adversity for us to consider.

徐梓涵In the matter of sepulchre, for instance, I cou ld see no signs of crematoria nor anythiling suggestive of tombS. But it occurred to me that, possibly, there might be cemeteries (or crematoria) somewhere beyond the range of my explorings. This, again, was a question I deliberately put to mnyself, and my curiosity was at first entirely defeated upon the point. The thing puzzled me, anddI was led to make a fuurther remark, which puzzled me still nore: that aged and infirrm among this people there were noone.

221440497葛项上Since the Industrial Revolution, machinery has gradually replaced humans. From assisting assembly line production to fully automated production workshops, humans have gradually transformed from workers to monitors. From the initial wave of unemployment to every subsequent technological innovation, humans have had to constantly improve their technical level to adapt to higher capable jobs. In a sense, it is machines that have squeezed humans out of more and more job positions
