张旭晨The Temple of Heaven represents the worship of heaven. It is a solemn and quiet building complex where the ancestors offered sacrifices to heaven in various ways to obtain the care and protection of God. It was built in the 18th year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1420), and initially practiced heaven and earth, called the Temple of heaven and Earth. The Qing Dynasty basically followed the Ming system and carried out large-scale reconstruction and expansion during the Qianlong period.
