  Xitang Ancient Town is located in Jiashan County, Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province.It is located at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.The town has a long history and was inhabited as early as the Tang Dynasty.In the Yuan Dynasty, the ancient town of Xitang gradually developed into a prosperous area of commerce and handicraft industry.During the Ming Dynasty, Xitang Ancient town had become a bustling commercial town. In the old Town area,there are nine rivers crisscrossing the town,dividing it into eight blocks,among which27 ancient Bridges connect the town.There are many ancient houses in the ancient town, the crystallization of the ancient town ancestors who were rich at that time.The streets of Linhe in the ancient town have porthouses,with a total length of nearly kilometers, just like the long corridor of the Summer Palace.
