The most wonderful quality of Chinese people is not that they live a spiritual life. All nations in their infancy lead a spiritual life. As we all know, christians in medieval Europe also lived a spiritual life. Matthew Arnold said, "the Christian world of the middle ages lived by heart and imagination." The best quality of the Chinese is that while they live a spiritual life, like children, they have the power of thought and reason that medieval christians or any other nation in its infancy did not have. In other words, the Chinese is the most wonderful qualities: as a nation with a long history, it has the wisdom of the adult, and can be lived like a child ─ ─ a kind of the life of the mind.
