In this book,the author compared Chinese to American,German,French and British.By this way,we can know more about Chinese spirit,our Chinese own four virtues,profound,erudite,plain and intelligence.He also claim to use Confucianism solve the problems,however,what is the important purpose is to protect Chinese traditional culture.
In the past,most of the people that in other countries had prejudise with us Chinese,so after the book came out,we let the world know more about China and Chinese spirit.As the author said,Religion in Europe says:"Be a good man''But the Religion in China says:"Be good man with good taste.''And in the civilisation of China teaches us both Right and Tact.In a short,the first Chinese spirit is gentle,but not yield;and may if Chinese are fatuous,but not absurd;maybe Chinese are sly,but not evil.Therefore,by this book,we can know maybe Chinese have many weakess,but we are kind and friendly.
