what do you think of Daisy as a person?

In my opinion Daisy is a mercenary and irresponsible people. She love Gatsby very much, but when Tom sent her a very invaluable pearl necklace she give up Gatsby and married with tom. When she was driving a car and pretending to be dead she didn't afford the relative responsibility rather than she chose to escape. Finally, her havior lead to the Gatsby's tragedy.

  In my opinion, Daisy is a little bit  irresponsible anad selfish. But, I can understand why she behaved like this according to that specific era.
