VickymieJane Eyre and Gone With the Wind both show the theme of female independence, but if let me to choose, I would prefer Scarlett, who has both the courage and desire. She dare to love, no regrets, and put her whole youth loving with Adele, no return but she still did not give up efforts, until the ability of the limit.

糖果无罪In my opinion, Scarlett is a cup of liquor, while Jane Eyre is a cup of tea. I like Scarlett's arrogance and tenacity, but I prefer Jane Eyre's neither humble nor overbearing character. I like her being lonely but resolute character. Although she is born in the lower class, she's not humble or obsequious.
