This novel successfully portrays a woman who is not content with the status quo, is not willing to be humiliated, and dares to fight. And tells people not to submit to fate, but to be indomitable and resist; to respect their own feelings as well as those of others, and to bravely pursue true love.

用户672889Every time I read the novel of Jane Eyre, I would be shocked by the personality of the character. As Edward said “Jane like a crazy bird tries very hard to tear her feathers”, which is a strong sense of self release, the power of a kind of sadness and love which can overcome all the challenges. What she spoke and acted show that she had the power to pursue her own love. She was not beautiful but attracted all the people for her unique temperament all the time. The sexes are equality and women should have independent personality, self-esteem, self-love. Love must be based on the independence and equality, whoever should not only rely on others.
