  1.Does Kant mean :only when our maxim becomes the universal law can it be right? 2.When there is a condition that our inclination not totally wrong but it can not be universal law either,what should we do?(I don't really understand Kant's attitude) 3.Can we say the universal law is something fixed but the principle is something flexible?
