The great Gatsby tells a sad love story. Gatsby's insistence on Daisy makes people moved. Gatsby and Daisy have great disparity in status, but they fall in love with each other. However, in the end, only Gatsby sticks to waiting for Daisy. Daisy married someone else.It seems she is happy.But now,she lives an unhappy life. Gatsby still looks for Daisy hard after his success , only to fly away with Daisy. To our sadness, Gatsby took responsibility for Daisy and became Daisy's scapegoat. There was no one else at the funeral except Nick and gatsby's father. The people who had party at Gatsby's house every week did not show up, and Daisy chose to escape. In fact,gatsby is a persevering and brave man. Maybe because his persistence was used in the wrong place, he didn't get a good ending. This end makes me sigh sadly.
