The Last Leaf

    After reading the novel, I was deeply moved. Behrman was a great man, and he left the hope of living to others.  He saved an unknown girl with his own life. When all the leaves of Ivy had fallen, and when the girl thought she  was bound to die, he drew a leaf for her that would never fall. I admire his spirit of self-sacrifice.

  I agree with your opinion.The old painter Behrman's spitit is strong and it can beat with disease.He painted the last vivid and lovely leaf throughout a dreadful night.The story ended,but the sincere friendship would never stop forever.Where there is hope,there is way.
