I think “上下同而欲者胜” is the most effective strategy in Sunzi's Art of War.Its meaning is the man who can make the whole army work together as one will win.All of the so- called “firewood flame high ”,makes difficult to garland,along a person's strength ,It is hard to make it big , is not to fight  ,but when you have a team, the most important is to make concerted efforts ,only put all people's strength ,desire together, are working toward's a common goal location,So in order  to be a successful team ,If all were a ghost Fetus, each have their own ideas, even if more people , also can only be a defeat.
