In the first section of Volume II, i agree that''that one of the moral virtues springs up in us by nature"(1103a25)
Because people are born with a lot of abilities,such as breast-feeding, child can be born without learning how to do it , and this ability has not changed from the past to the present, so we can say that this ability belongs to nature, then from the original breast-feeding to the later stage. Take meals can be thought of as being perfected by habit, which includes subtle branches.
It is also said that the ability of natural gift to us is all achieved in the form of potential, so does it mean that if some potential is not shown means it doesn't exist? For example, can we see this potential as a natural gift for a person who is good at exercising because of the pressure of others to do his training capacity?
