作者简介

露西·莫德·蒙哥马利（1874～1942），加拿大浪漫派女作家，1874年11月出生在一个叫做爱德华太子岛的小岛上。1908年，《绿山墙的安妮》一书出版后受到了各国成人和儿童的喜爱。在后续的安妮系列丛书中，蒙哥马利始终保持着清新、幽默、生动的文风。

Lucy Maud Montgomery, was a Canadian author best known for a series of novels beginning in 1908 with Anne of Green Gables. The book was an immediate success. The central character, Anne Shirley, an orphaned girl, made Montgomery famous in her lifetime and gave her an international following.
