Book Review for China-Ancient Culture, Mordern Society No.2

Now, let’s move on to its main and vital part—part3. Let me start with a quote uttered by Gu Hongming, who is a well-known Chinese translator. “Now in order to estimate the value of a civilization, it seems to me, the question we must ask, in order to estimate the value of a civilization,—is, what type of humanity, what kind of men and women it has been able to produce.”The author’s idea is quite similar to Mr.Fei Xiaotong once said in his Earthbound China, which refers to that it is the connection, or on the other words, the relationship between people that shapes the Chinese ones. This point changed my view of this book and this, in my view, is the key point of this book.
