中国在第五次浪潮——通讯革命中并没有取得领先地位。然而新的创新浪潮在能源可持续需求的推动下正在出现，中国这次必须要站在这次浪潮的最高峰。虽然，中国近几年在经济方面取得喜人的成绩，但我们必须意识到作为人口第二大国，中国面临的资源问题有多么严重。如果中国在能源这一领域，领先取得突破，不仅掌握了可持续发展的钥匙，也是对人类进步做出贡献。

After the fifth wave of innovation, a new wave of innovation is emerging driven by the need to sustain resources. And China, the largest population in the word, is facing serious enery problems. So China in particular, must ride the crest of this wave. If China can make breakthroughs in some parts of this area, we also will hold the key to sustainability.
