    • 傅莹，蒙古族，中国外交部副部长，中国职业外交官。曾任中国驻菲律宾共和国、澳大利亚联邦、大不列颠及北爱尔兰联合王国特命全权大使。1977年毕业于北京外国语学院（今北京外国语大学）。1986年毕业于英国肯特大学，获硕士学位。是中国第一位：少数民族女大使、驻大国女大使。是新中国为数不多的女性副部级外交官。以善于沟通著称。2013年3月4日任十二届全国人大一次会议新闻发言人。

    Fu Ying (born January 1953) is a Chinese politician and diplomat, best known for her terms as the ambassador to the United Kingdom and as Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs. She currently serves as the chairperson of the National People's Congress Foreign Affairs Committee.
