The novel told us a moving story about a king. Prince Edward fell in love with Wallis when he first met her. Then they were in love and were eager to get married. In 1936, his father died and he became the king of the Wales. However, the church and his family didn’t accept Wallis as their queen. At last, he chose to give the crown to his brother to follow his heart. Edward and Wallis travelled around the world.
